I just got back from Italy and was astounded by the quality of the pastry (especially in Southern Italy). Are there any decent Italian bakeries in the LA area? I've never seen one. I've seen half decent Jewish bakeries and even Swedish....but not Italian. There has to be one..............hopefully??
